FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE September 16, 2025 Following Montana Delegation Letter, USITC to Continue Investigation of Russia’s Predatory Palladium Trade U.S. SENATE – The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has voted to continue investigations of imports of unwrought palladium from Russia. The USITC determined there is reasonable indication that the U.S. mining industry is injured by these imports that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value, subsidized by the Russian government.
